For smaller instruments yes. For some of our bigger, less portable instruments such as drums or piano then we have these in our rooms. We do have spare guitars, bass guitars and ukuleles if you want to try before you buy but you cannot take these away and we do not hire them out. We have no spare violins, saxophones, banjos, mandolins or harps. It is always recommended that you have an instrument at home to practice on if you are committing to lessons. 

Yes we absolutely encourage this! Our tutors have a lot of experience with students of this nature and we think music is a brilliant thing for them. Some of our teachers even share these traits and/or have people in their family with them. 

We are right in the middle of Blyth town centre, just behind St Mary's Church and next to their church hall. We have a small courtyard which we use as our main entrance (we never use the door around the other side) and this backs onto the old Argos unit. You can access it on Wanley Street opposite Hot Wok Takeaway, Nationwide and Specs Galore. Full directions and address will be given upon lesson confirmation. 

The right age to start an instrument can always be subjective but usually we start with drums or singing from 4 and above. Some instruments are slightly older and we always encourage more mature students! The age that we start students for each instrument can be found on our instrument page.
